Commuting Luggage - UPDATE

I came a cross another interesting manufacturer of bike bags that I hadn't heard of or seen before. They're an Australian company that appears to make really high quality urban bags and panniers. You can see their entire line at Knog.com.au. The bag that caught my interest was the Dry Dog 13" (pictured below). Its a 100% waterproof pannier that converts to a courier style bag and includes a self contained 13" laptop sleeve (the larger Dry Dog 17" - you guessed it - carries a 17" laptop). Retail on the 13" is $160 CAD at Cycle Solutions on Parliament.
